Request a Change to Capabilities

You can request updates to your account capabilities directly from the Straddle dashboard. This includes changes to limits for charges or payouts.


How it works

  1. Navigate to the Account you want to update

  2. Open the Capabilities tab

  3. Locate either Charges or Payouts

  4. Enter your requested limits by editing the existing values

  5. Click Submit

Once submitted, your request is sent to Straddle’s Compliance and Risk team for review.


What happens next

After submission:

  • Your request is reviewed based on factors like account history, balances, and activity patterns

  • The team may:

    • Approve the request

    • Deny the request

    • Request additional information to support the change

Typical review time is 2 to 3 business days.


After the review

  • If approved, your updated limits will appear automatically in the dashboard

  • If more information is needed, or if the request is denied, the team will contact you directly with next steps or questions


Notes

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee approval

  • Providing accurate and reasonable limit requests can help speed up the review process

  • If your request is time-sensitive, consider including relevant context when responding to any follow-up from the team
